A new home in Tulare had a bare three-car garage floor that was already showing tire marks. We ground the surface, applied a charcoal water-based stain and finished it with a high-gloss, hot-tire-resistant sealer.
Two stain coats gave an even, deep color while keeping the natural variation of the concrete.
The owners were parking on the floor 72 hours after the final coat.
