The owners wanted a patio and side walk that matched the red trim on their home. We poured a brick-red integral color with a red hardener and charcoal release, stamped in an ashlar slate pattern, and sealed it with a UV-stable sealer.
Control joints were cut along grout lines in the stamp pattern so they almost disappear.
We returned 30 days after the pour for a second coat of sealer, which locks in the color for the first summer.
