New driveways, replacements, extensions, RV pads and decorative borders.
Valley Ridge Concrete is a local, licensed and insured concrete contractor handling everything from a single porch step to commercial flatwork, with one crew that does the work from layout to cleanup.
Since 2009 we have built residential and commercial concrete for homeowners, property managers, builders and businesses in Tulare and the surrounding South Valley. We do not subcontract our flatwork: the people who give you the estimate are the same people who form, pour and finish your concrete.
Our general concrete work includes porches and front steps, slab replacement and demolition, ADA ramps and landings, curbs and gutters, equipment pads, dumpster enclosures, sidewalk repairs for city notices and slabs for ag and dairy operations. If it is concrete and it is in our service area, we can usually help or tell you who can.
Every estimate is in writing, broken out by line item, with the thickness, PSI, reinforcement and finish spelled out so you can compare quotes fairly. We pull permits when they are required, carry general liability and workers' compensation insurance, and back our workmanship with a written warranty.
Typical cost: Most residential flatwork runs $8 to $14 per square foot; demolition and haul-off adds $2 to $4 per square foot.

“Valley Ridge did the footings and slab for our metal shop. They coordinated with the county inspector and the building supplier, and the anchor bolts lined up perfectly when the steel arrived.”
