Valley Ridge Concrete started with one truck, a mixer trailer and a crew of three pouring patios and driveway repairs around Tulare. Today we run two full flatwork crews and a foundation crew, but the company is still owner-operated: an owner measures every job, writes every estimate and visits every pour.
We grew up with the soil, the heat and the tule fog here, and we build concrete for it. That means compacted base, steel in every slab, joints where they belong, and pours that start at first light in summer. It also means showing up when we say we will and leaving the job site clean.
Concrete is only as good as what is under it and what is inside it. These are the basics on every job we pour, whether it is a 40-square-foot landing or a 4,000-square-foot shop floor.
Straight answers, a written price and a crew that treats your property like their own.
“Valley Ridge did the footings and slab for our metal shop. They coordinated with the county inspector and the building supplier, and the anchor bolts lined up perfectly when the steel arrived.”
“Hillside lot, tricky soil report, and an engineer who wanted everything his way. The crew followed the plans to the letter and the slab passed inspection the first time.”
“Broom finish around the pool is cool on bare feet and not slippery. They worked around our pool builder's schedule without any finger-pointing. Would hire again.”
“Our retail floor went from stained gray slab to a glossy, even finish with a clear sealer. They worked nights so we only closed one day. Customers ask about it constantly.”
