A tenant improvement for a Visalia showroom called for a durable, low-maintenance floor that looked finished without tile. We ground the existing slab, patched old trenches, applied a gray stain and sealed it to a satin shine.
All work was done at night so the general contractor's other trades could keep working during the day.
Trench patches were color-matched so they blend into the surrounding floor.
