A 40-by-60 metal shop on a rural parcel outside Hanford needed pier footings for the columns and a 6-inch slab for equipment. We poured the footings and slab from the building manufacturer's anchor bolt plan and passed the county inspection on the first try.
Anchor bolts were set with templates and verified against the manufacturer's drawings before the pour.
The slab received a hard steel-trowel finish so it is easy to sweep and accepts a future sealer.
