An office complex in Porterville had a failed asphalt and concrete parking area that collected water after every storm. We removed the damaged sections, corrected the grade toward the existing drain and poured new 6-inch reinforced concrete panels in phases so the business stayed open.
Work was split into four phases with temporary striping and cones so half of the lot was always available to tenants.
Each panel was doweled to its neighbors to prevent differential settlement under delivery trucks.
